World Class IMA - Summer Camp Advance Registration

FEES

FOR REGISTERED STUDENTS OF WCIMA:

· Full-Time rate is $135/week for 3 days or more.

· Pay for the entire summer before May 1, 2008 and receive a 10% discount on camper fees. No extension on the date.

· Daily campers will only be accepted if there are seats available after full-time campers are scheduled.

· Full-time is defined as 3 days or more..

· Daily rate is $45/day IF space is available.

For NON REGISTERED STUDENTS (campers only):

· Non Student fees are $160/week.

Daily rate is $55/day IF space is available.

OTHER FEES:

· Registration Fee: $50 per camper. Can be waived if you have registered and paid for 1 full week before May 1, 2008. No extension on date deadline.

· Camp T Shirts: Camp shirts are mandatory every day, in order to identify student as part of our group while on playgrounds, at beach, in parks, etc. First T Shirt is free if registered for at least 4 weeks. Otherwise, Shirt(s) must be purchased @ $12.95 + tax, each.

· Extended Hours: $5/day. Before 9 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m.

· Field Trips, announced in advance, may be extra. Typically $3-$6 once every 1-2 weeks or so.

HOURS:

· 9:00 am to 4:30 pm unless extended hours are required.

· Extended hours: Early hours (before 9 a.m.) or after hours (4:30 p.m. or later) are available for an additional fee.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

· Payment is required for all days/weeks you are registered for, whether or not camper attends, as you are “booking” a spot that cannot be filled if you do not show up.

· “Switching” or “Making Up” missed day(s) is not guaranteed.

· 10% Discount for Siblings there on the same day.

· Back-to-school and End-of-School year weeks will be pro-rated. No other pro-ration of weeks apply.

· 3 days or more in any week with a Holiday still constitutes full-time.

· Contract must be signed and payment guaranteed with credit card.

· ALL FEES must be paid in full the Friday before camp begins.

· Prices are in addition to regular karate tuition for Registered Students.

Enroll and pay for at least one week before May 1st and we will WAIVE the $50 registration fee!
